Progression Fitness Club:

Est 2008! For 13 years we’ve delivered exceptional group fitness training to our hard working clientele. Our program is diverse and always a challenge, we pride ourselves on inclusiveness and creating a strong community vibe. We can’t wait for you to experience our program!

A trial experience with PFC includes:

  • Abbotsford, Chadstone and Sport’s Precinct (coming soon) locations
  • Attend 3 classes to see our style and class variety
  • Classes include Strength, Strength x Conditioning, Sweat (HIIT), Boxing and Pilates
  • Challenging and rewarding classes
  • Full shower/change facilities, onsite private parking

Plus, after your trial:

  • The opportunity to purchase your first 10 pack of classes for $150
  • A continued opportunity to unlock $15 classes by attending 10 or more classes within a calendar month
