The coaches, the members are all there to drive and push each other to be better every single session. You will be coached through the latest training ideas as well as perfecting the functional movement patterns – its about learning to move your body better and with more efficiency to perform at higher levels to achieve greater success.

This weekly Yoga class is your perfect opportunity to get centred, the deep stretch and focus on the breath will enhance your athletic training performance whilst de-stressing and adding complete zen to your morning and kickstart your weekend.
