Alex Pendlebury – one of the PFC owners, is a qualified nutritionist and an accredited health coach. Alex’s true passion is Nutrition, which she has been studying since 2006. Alex studied at Deakin University obtaining a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition.

To keep her nutritional knowledge current and relevant, further study is a constant part of her everyday life so she can give expert nutritional advice. To complement her degree, Alex is also a Health Coach, obtaining her accreditation through HCA. Alex has also completed the Nutrition for Sport and Exercise course through Sports Dieticians Australia (SDA). As a former gymnast, she has valued her health and fitness since she can remember, being passionately engaged in many sports and lifestyle activities. She has been an active member of Progression Fitness Club for 5 years now! 

Alex specialises in weight management nutrition (weight loss, weight maintenance, muscle gain), natural & whole food nutrition, nutrition & lifestyle advice to improve health, and also in nutrition to achieve healthy & balanced everyday eating.
