Why go alone  with personal training when you can join our community of 100’s of Progression Fitness Boot Camp, Boxing, Outdoor Yoga and Running group members across Melbourne who have made our legendary program their go to fitness class and do anything to never miss a session. We have 6 locations – The Tan, Docklands, St Kilda, Flagstaff, Essendon and Doncaster offering unlimited training with 24 high intensity, fast paced outdoor training sessions weekly in a culture that rivals cross fit, including  17 sessions around Melbourne CBD – we have you covered!

 

ATHLETIC BOOT CAMP

RUNNING

Science fueled workouts that take your running to the next level. Our program is not all about endurance or the amount of kms you run – it’s how you run them. We combine speed, endurance and interval cycles with mental toughness to have you peak when you need to be.

BOXING CONDITIONING

Outdoor version. Fast paced, high intensity and hard work! These classes combine mitt work boxing, high intensity athletic conditioning and bodyweight strength. Expect to burn serious calories in these one hour classes, you’ll walk away stronger, fitter and develop serious muscle tone

      Our Athletic Boot Camp at The Tan (South Yarra) is not just Melbourne’s but Australia’s premier outdoor fitness program. This is a serious group for those of you who want to find what you are truly capable of achieving. There’s 11 high impact boot camp, running, yoga and boxing sessions weekly – its time you brought out that inner athlete!

      Docklands is a awesome location for outdoor fitness, with so much variety in where we can go to achieve the ultimate boot camp session. The training sessions are varied and challenging for all fitness levels. We have been operating our Athletic Boot Camp program in Docklands for 3 years now and sessions have great atmosphere with on average 10-15 likeminded people who push and challenge each other. This is another of our hard working groups that will lead you to your health and fitness goals.

      Our Melbourne CBD group is very convenient to those who live or work in the city with our lunchtime and evening Athletic Boot Camp classes. Flagstaff has a very high retention rate of members meaning the culture is amazing – by joining you feel ‘like you belong’, the group is social (before and after training) but works extremely hard and has awesome training standards and expectations. Our Flagstaff group is exactly how outdoor group fitness should be – train hard together, get awesome results together and make lifelong friends!

      Progression Fitness has been offering our Athletic Boot Camp program in St Kilda since 2010. You won’t get bored training on the same patch of grass, looking at the same scenery session after session – we change our training location to keep you motivated and make the most of the sand and parkland St Kilda has to offer.
