Strength

Pure strength class focussing on the main lifting movements – Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Pull Up with complimentary accessory exercises. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and we highly recommend that all people who train with PFC are attending at least one Strength class per week

Cycle + HIT

An indoor cycling experience that combines High Intensity Interval Circuits (Sweat) in the one class. This is our most suited class for ALL fitness levels

ATHLETIC CONDITIONING

Strength, power, speed and endurance! These intermediate to advanced level classes require it all. You’ll work through traditional strength and power sets and combine it with speed and endurance sets on the row, ski, airbike or run.
Not suitable for all fitness levels. Great for those who like to challenged and good in all areas of strength and fitness

12th Round Boxing

11 high impact rounds with a 12th Round finisher! Minimal downtime with maximum effort, you’ll complete boxing combos with stations of endurance thrown in to have you smashing the 45 minute class

Yoga For Athletes

Yoga For Athletes combines elements of Flow and Power Vinyasa into Yin to complement other areas of an athletes training program and sport. The Yin poses hit deep fascia stretching aiding in muscle function, performance, flexibility and recovery. These classes are 45-50 minutes with optional Shavasana at the end
